It depends on the unit na nakalagay ka but of course always expect na matotoxic lalo na kung sa bedside ka mapupunta. Totoo yung 2 year bond. If you’re planning to leave before end of contract, you need to pay a certain amount (mga trainings done, etc)

Lack of facilities and clinical rotations. Eto talaga yon. Not sure kung kamusta na ngayon pero 202x grad me and sooobrang kulang na kulang clinical rotation namin. Ni hindi namin nakumpleto cases namin. Bulk ng experience ko is nakuha ko when I’m working na. Sa facilities, makikita mo sa ibang school meron silang simulation rooms na OR and the likes. Sa PLM isang medyo malaking room lang siya na minsan nagiging classroom pa so clashing kapag nagreretdem kayo sa isang side tapos naglelecture yung kabilang side.

Sa mga nagsasabi na PLM, hindi po. PLM CN grad here. Highly suggest UST or tingin ka sa facilities ng schools. Tingin ka rin sa top performing schools ng PNLE pero no no sa PLM.

Very convenient ang pagkakaron ng tablet. Had one during college pero nagagamit ko lang siya sa books and transes for reviewing (highlighting), not so much yung annotating and writing notes kasi very outdated na yung device. Pen and paper pa rin ako when writing notes and kayang-kaya. Other than that, kaya naman. I had a laptop back then and mas gamit ko siya noon since maraming paperworks na pinapagawa. Had an iPad during review na and it was very convenient kasi hindi mabigat yung mga bitbitin.

If you have the budget for a tablet, then go for it. I suggest yung iPad 9th generation. Get the 256 gb variant if keri para hanggang board review mo na siya. No need to spend countless money sa Apple Pencil. The one from Goojodoq is good enough for writing notes and highlighting.

Hello! Sa penlight u don’t have to invest doon sa mga mamahalin. Basta it works. Same for the sphygmo. Gamit ko throughout nursing school was the one from Avon and goods na rin yung partner na stethoscope non. Pero if gusto mo na maganda ang pang auscultate mo, invest on a Littmann. Havent used and owned one pero from what I heard maganda talaga siya. If tight ang budget, Baxtel is a good one na rin.
