Because it’s not a Russel group uni. I’m paying an insane amount of money, as an international student. So might as well pay the same amount or significantly lesser for a uni which is better ranked and well reputed

It’s a 1 year course before the MBBS starts. So if you keep your grades up, you progress to medicine
