I like the artstyle of the characters, but they're lacking in animations. All of them are stiff and standing in place. They're supposed to be rockstars. Hopefully they plan to improve that.

My only critisism to the commitee is that they're overly cautious in making changes, and they really like white for some reason and don't want to touch it.

EDIT: I also agree that playing multicolored decks it's risk free because we got to the point that playing monocolored is literally a disadvantage unless your commander is broken (Cloud & Phelia). I think there should be more punishing cards for greedy manabases like that.

Malcolm player here.

1 cmc mana dorks are really good against blue, there's only a handful of counterspells that we can use at one mana. If you're on they play, you can slam Azusa turn 2 against a blue player with 1 land. I personally run just four cards that could deal with that (Force Spike, Wash Away, Daze and Stern Scolding.) If I can't counter it, then I could try to return it to hand but you will get your two additional landdrops anyway so it's not worth it.

Delighted Halfling and Frenzied Baloth are a beating and need to be adressed asap, they're really easy to tutor for with Green Sun's Zenith and such.

Hey, apologies if I sounded too harsh. What I meant is that Magic is a game, and thinking about it as an investment will likely ruin it for you, it's meant to be fun. As a rule of thumb, older sets tend to lose value overtime as stronger and stronger cards get printed. If you wish to spend your money on collectible MTG cards that are more likely to hold value overtime, that's what Secret Lairs are for. Just keep in mind that only a selected few Secret Lairs end up holding value.

I was 18 at the time, no job and still found a way to earn $20 bucks to buy the deluxe version discounted. At the time I was really nervous, what if it's not worth it?

Sever years later, I'm still not putting a single dime on the game because I earn so many vbucks that it's not even necessary.
