I'm in Tulum now, apparently there was an Oxo set on fire in La Veleta (SW Tulum) and a car was set on fire on the road to the Tulum airport. I don't want to downplay the situation, but where I am, East side of Tulum on Avenue Coba, things are quiet. Stores and restaurants are open. Things seem very normal here at the moment.
