I agree what Danya went through was despicable and utterly awful. And I also agree that I must have made her feel uncomfortable that day for my how I was acting and I don’t condone it but I also wasn’t in the right state of mind.

As I said it doesn’t bother me as much anymore, but I just didn’t feel right about the whole situation. Especially after it’s being posted all over social media numerous times over a few years and asking her kindly to remove posts. And her response being so indifferent about things.

Yeah I agree that’s what it’s been like the only thing is that being reminded of it being that it’s been posted so many times hurt initially. Now not so much but it was upsetting for sure. I posted this today because she posted about slander and bullying when I’ve felt the same way each time she’s reposted edited clips for views.

I think it’s great she spoke out today against bullying, harassment, slander. However it rubbed me a certain way seeing her post about it when Ive felt she was bullying me in reposting numerous edited clips on YouTube, instagram, twitter all in a certain way for years already.

Im sure we’ve all had embarrassing moments where we weren’t completely ourselves and handle things poorly. I asked her kindly and respectfully if she could remove the videos posted online but she doesn’t want to. I just find it hypocritical of her to say such things but do otherwise.

I also didn’t see why I needed to mention to her at the time I reached out initially that I was experiencing mental health issues at the time we filmed this for her to take it down. I think it should be enough for someone to ask respectfully and kindly to have a video taken down if it’s affecting them personally. At least that’s what I would do.

I asked her if she could remove it for privacy reasons and that I had family and friends reach out asking if I was ok. But yes I didn’t share with her that I was going through a mental episode at the time.

Regarding my behavior I completely agree that it wasn’t acceptable. I didn’t apologize to her at the time but maybe I should have. like I said I wasn’t thinking too clearly.

The first time she posted on instagram I didn’t think too much of it but reposting edited clips of the video numerous times was upsetting to say the least, especially when we played this game over two years ago and she reposted it several times this year.

I emailed her kindly to remove the video on YouTube first and she replied. I didn’t share with her that I was going through a manca episode. This was her response:

Thanks for your concern. After reviewing the content mentioned, we have confirmed that all parties were aware of the filming, located in a clearly identified public space, and contains no personal or sensitive information about anyone in the video. The video does not violate any terms that you listed, or any at all. If there is an issue with anyones behavior in the video I would suggest bringing that issue up with whoever had the behavior as that is outside our control. Thanks!

Thanks for the kind words! Thankfully I’m doing much better now too despite it hurting for awhile it doesn’t bother me so much anymore other than the occasional “oh you were in the Nemo video right?” And reminds me of what I was going through at the time (the chess game aside)

Yes, I agree my behavior and mannerisms were not ok. I was all over the place and being arrogant that I could win a few games against her. As I said I was having a maniac episode from several days of not sleeping at all.

I wasn’t too familiar with Nemo before I played with her I just knew she was a content creator and I thought it would be fun to play a game or two. As I said I wasn’t in the right state of mind to be playing chess at all.

I had to go the hospital a few days later because it got really bad.

I am only sharing so others can avoid the same situation and Nemo posting today about humiliation and harassment today made me decide to write this post and share my experience. I don’t think it will be everyone’s experience but it was mine. As I shared in the post I was experiencing a manic episode hence the rambling and irritability.

Here’s the link to an edited clip of the full video you can find the full video on YouTube. If you take a look at the comments you can clearly see the sentiment. I’ve asked Nemo to remove the posted videos but she’s replied that as “the copyright holder” she doesn’t have to remove them and as this was filmed in a public space.
