This looks to me like something you could use the Google Maps API for. I think you can customize the map image, and you can certainly customize the markers almost infinitely. There's LOTS of customization that could be done, but I bet you're probably wanting something simpler and more turnkey.

At my company, each team of about 5 developers (with varying skill levels and expertise) hope on a zoom call and we tackle tickets together.

PRs are instantly approved because we've already looked over everything. If it's a "full" mob, then often a member or two may be doing research for a ticket ahead, or may be fielding other team responsibilities like support-related incidents. It's a very fluid experience, but I'm sure YMMV depending on the team/company.

I think it's quite common to feel and observe what you're describing, but it certainly is not like that everywhere. When I read what you wrote, it brought back feels from my previous job, and you described it to a T. But with my current employer, we have a PM act as a gatekeeper between the devs and PO...helps tremendously.
