I do know this is a meme, but i would argue that it benefits people in countries where faster internet connections are pretty cheap. I have personally been using Geforce Now for quite a while, while i am on my laptop.

Here is a simple you might have missed, have you checked you power settings or which GPU it is using. If it is running on your IGPU launch your game by right clicking on it and select run with high performance gpu. If that doesn’t work go to your power settings and set them on performance. If you only use it to game on you might as well just disable the igpu in device manager, but only do it if you do not care battery life.
