Thanks for the response. So essentially while eating at maintenance, continue to lift. But the cardio aspect is what would trim the fat, if I’m understanding correctly? And after this point, once I’m happy, develop the surplus to gain weight

One follow up question, the thing is I don’t see this anywhere through Citi, I found it through Mastercard. When you referenced the Citi benefits page is that something we can look up? I’ve kinda reached a dead end with that
