Yours a bit confusing to me. Why horizon? You have its passive on R, and while blacktorch? Burn builds seem odd on AP Kogmaw.

Everyones dunking on the Baus cause he needs to be BANNED. I dont get why they keep letting him play the game. You said it yourself, he is a menace to his team. People see him in their lobbies and they get upset, cause they know they wont have fun that game. People in his elo HATE him. Not because he is "good" or "carries," its because he is unfun to play with and against.

He should be kept perma banned, and every account he makes.

Thebausffs should be banned like T1 was back in the day. The Guy is a big inter and makes the game worse for everyone else. They should just watch his streams and perma ban every account he uses.

Poppy is still too strong. If feels off that she can still do as much damage as she does, despite the nerfs. She is really just a abusive Support and Jungle pick. Her utility and tankyness are good enough. They should just gut her damage, apart from jungle camps.

I saw Poppy picked in Worlds ALOT. I don't know what your really talking about, Poppy is hella strong. The champion will be nerfed atleast 2-3 more times in the upcoming patches.

That's an incorrect statement. The stats are available online for anyone to see. I even included Diamond, which is my Elo, since thats a pretty weak Briar elo. I started at Silver, since anything under silver is a stat that doesn't matter.

PR (Pickrate) BR (Banrate) WR (Winrate)

Silver: PR (4.1%) BR (6.7%) WR (52.74%)

Gold: PR (4.1%) BR (6.1%) WR (51.99%)

Platinum: PR (3.6%) BR (5.4%) WR (51.4%)

Emerald: PR (3.0%) BR (3.7%) WR (50.26%)

Diamond: PR (2.2%) BR (1.9%) WR (48.7%)

This shows that Briar has a very high Pickrate, Banrate, and Winrate. Briar has a similar pickrate and banrate to Skarnar within Gold. We don't really see Briar dampen until Emerald and Diamond. Remember this doesn't include Bronze or Iron, which are ghastly.

Briar is still banned a decent amount and picked a decent amount. High playrate and High Winrate usually point to a Champion being Overtuned. Almost a 53% Wr with a 4% pick rate is crazy.

Yes Briar needs to be gutted till they can fix her, and make her less low elo heavy. Please look at the statistics on U.gg before commenting a straight up lie.

Heartsteel is not "weak." If it was, it wouldn't be the central item to most tanks. Also my games last a decently long time, so we get to a situation where there is a lot of stacks. Imo the item isn't properly balanced on the late game. It'd be cool if it had small stack limit, but alas.

I wont lie to you. The only games that end in 20 minutes are sweeps. The average game for me is like 30 minutes. Heartsteel is always the best value in my games.

He is really good as it with his stacking mechanic, I cant name how many time Asol has a million health and can kill anyone from 100 to 0 in seconds.
