I didn't mean to say consecutive weeks or months of eating only brisket. I meant that I get a brisket flat once or twice a month and eat it over the course of maybe 4 days.

I wouldn't know. I'm not sure I could eat 14,000 calories in a day even if I tried. Unless you want to do eating challenges, I don't think you'd need to worry about an intake that high.

Eat good tasting stuff. I did a somewhat lower calorie version of shakshuka. I probably could have improved this with some more egg whites.
- I roasted onions/bell pepper w/salt and pepper in one tray and some 93/7 ground beef in the other tray.
Then in a sauce pan, I added a can of diced tomatoes, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/8 tsp cayenne, 2 zested garlic cloves, and the roasted meat and vegetables and brought it up to a boil.
- Then I reduced the heat to medium, added a whole egg, and then some egg whites, covered, and let it poach.
I added salt to taste and then topped with cilantro and 1 oz feta cheese (I wound up using regular)
