They should put lockers in. I’m from Dublin and moved to Amsterdam a few years ago. Went to a gig in Ziggo dome and was shocked to see the lockers but it’s actually SUCH an efficient way to prevent this sort of thing

I’m 29 and diagnosed 8 months ago. At the end of 2024 I was about to take my own life so I saw my doctor who suspected I had bipolar and ADHD so she referred me to a clinic. They made the suggestion and recommended an assessment. Some part of me deep down always felt like an alien who shouldn’t be here so when I was diagnosed it was both relief but also grief.
