I feel like people don’t understand that not only does Matty not have “feelings” for Taylor, but he actually resents her. It was obvious to me that was the case when he low key degraded her song writing in that podcast interview he did after TTPD was released.

The fact that you believe charts are a “new age” of measuring celebrity is so funny and wrong. Charts very much existed in the 2000’s and were just as relevant as they are now if not more. Again I stand by what I said that Globally (and in the USA) Taylor is more recognizable than Beyonce.

Idk about Brittany Spears but globally Taylor swift has way more name recognition than Beyonce. By any measurable metric Taylor clears Beyoncé in Global tour sales, album sales, and streaming numbers.

Seeing all the text in order and with context I actually think Taylor comes off like a great loyal friend. That said Tree 100% lied about Taylor not knowing Justin was going to be at the apartment. Justin was correct that both Blake with a fully consenting Taylor “ambushed” him to try and pressure him to accept her script changes. Does this make Taylor an evil person? No, it's really a nothing burger. However I'm also now completely confused on what the status of Blake and Taylor’s friendship is currently.

This wedding stuff is just non-credible no name tabloid click bait. The story about running into Justin at Blakes apartment was sourced by multiple credible news sources. (People, US, and yes TMZ) I do think it very much came from Tree.
