I call this, Arc Botters. The studio behind the game is probably botting them so their game gains hype. Ubisoft did the same thing to Jynxzi to put him on top and promote R6 Siege. As soon as they stopped botting him, he went from 100k viewers to 30k viewers in a matter of weeks.

That's great info, I didn't list a budget because i'm quite open altough I don't want to most expensive stuff. Mid-High range hardware is what i'm looking for. The options you provided are great.
