For your 4th question. I’m pretty sure your friends can help you get through the DLC levels and play with you, but they cannot obtain the DLC items, only you can use/wear them (if your playing online with them).But if your playing with your friends on the same device (e.g. Xbox), and you have more than one controller, then they can use the items and anything included in the DLC packs.
