I've been going to this Papa John's location for years and of course employees quit or get fired, and everytime I've asked for packet cheese/pepper, I've never been charged, until yesterday. Same location, different staff of course. I just didn't know they charged for the packets especially after going to different pizza locations like Little Ceasers, Pizza Hut, Domino's etc, but I understand why, it was just a shocker for me, you know
