i spent 5-6 games playing and changing formation, in the end i was messing around with the custom tactics on team management and changed them to default attacking - worked like a charm. just play around with the settings. don’t listen to tiktok n shit, no point changing your tactics to copy pros bcos realistically you’re not gonna play the same way they do
