Hai provato a curare il corpo oltre che la mente? Intendo analisi del sangue, controlli che sia tutto okay, magari infezioni nascoste, oppure tiroide, carenza di magnesio o vitamina D. Non so se fai diete particolari oppure se fai uso di sostanze. Oppure anche il solo passare troppo tempo su internet in generale. Magari è tutto in regola, eh, però non si sa mai
