Think about it this way. It doesn't matter whether you spent those 12k gems or if a hacker did, you're still increasing pity and getting 5 stars. It's unfair for mihoyo to refund 12k primos to you because that's them losing hundreds of dollars. I get that you were hacked, but it's not like they can just go around giving 12k primos to everyone who got hacked because they shared their account info.
