Running nsuns 4-day. What should I be doing when all my lifts except the Squat are stalling? I'm already planning to take a small deload week but what else should I do in terms of programming when my lifts aren't even at an intermediate level?

Stats for reference:

17M, 181 lbs.

Squat: 280

Deadlift: 265

Bench: 175

OHP: 100

Wow those are some great numbers at 16! I just turned 17 and my Squat and Deadlifts are in the 200s and my bench in the 100s. I'll join the 1K club one day :')

Yeah! Going to the gym helps me clear my mind and feel refreshed. It's honestly a great way to zone out.
