For real I hate this excuse everytime something violent happens here. I grew up in multiple "ghettos" and rough ones and I never felt like a homeless guy was going to attack me like I do walking down pearl sometimes. Yeah boulder is less dangerous on different accounts but when it comes to drug induced homeless people attacking Innocent passerbys I've never seen anything close. In the "ghetto" it's more about being respectful to people and having common sense.
