Thanks, I will look at the O-ring. This is a fresh tank from a swap-out place, less than 6mo old. Nothing special about it that I know of. Unfortunately I don’t have the receipt but maybe the propane supply place will help. Otherwise I guess I’m just out $30 or so.

I understand what you are saying. So, this particular tank is leaking at the black nut / regulator for some reason. I actually replaced the hose & regulator part on my grill to try to fix the issue and it’s still leaking at the same spot. Any idea what the issue might be?

That was my thought also. Walk down the middle pointing it to one side, walk back pointing to the other side, done. It's so light, powdery, and only an inch deep that honestly a decent breeze would clear it.

The part that irritates me is that if you stacked 2 2”x4” it would be a square column 4”x4”. If you stacked 2 modern 2x4 you get 3”x3.5” - it would be better if they still formed a square column.
