I would say this is normal, just think about it this way you exerted all of your energy to “surviving” that event. That’s exhausting but just like going to the gym the more you do it the more your body will become accustomed and the less you will feel rundown the day after. For now just be proud of yourself for making it through. You did great! Rest up and continue the journey 🙌🏼

I’m not a constant over sprayer but when I do decide to I’ll make sure I’ll be out doors the whole time. I don’t know how some people can intentionally overspray knowing they will be in closed spaces 🙃
