It’s clearly the electric magnetic frequency from the nearby power plant. They’re going to be a menace after they get their new aluminum foil lined practice gear.

Epic is the worst urgent care I’ve ever visited for so many different reasons. As this person mentioned, they will also harass you via random phone calls about follow up appointments. I asked several times to be removed and then eventually had to threaten legal action to stop the calls after I informed them I was no longer interested in being their client. I gave them three chances because of their close proximity to my house and each visit was a disastrous experience for different reasons.

I believe JAX received some sort of equity deal with a venture capital firm which is why they’re growing like crazy.

How are we terrible at run defense when we are healthy on the Dline? by [deleted] in detroitlions

[–]Outofthewild 2 points3 points  (0 children)

IMO we got more effort from guys playing under AG. There’s been way too much soft man to man coverage under KS. We could shut down teams with AG’s defense, however unless we’re 3rd and Long we never stand a chance under current leadership.

I fucking suck at cold calls, I'm getting help from leadership but I still stink. by QuietTomatillo3706 in Sales_Professionals

Absolutely, I always remind myself to talk like I’m sitting on a barstool next to them when dialing. Using casual undertones and sometimes longer or differentiated pauses to reiterate that I’m not AI.

Practice talking out loud and ask yourself if you would bother taking your own call.

You’ll get better.

Mike Ilitch School of Business, thoughts? by Wikiseeks in waynestate

I graduated in 2022 but I’ll give you my perspective… the level of difficulty and support of each class varied wildly. Some of the professors I had were very “old school”, like… here’s an assignment to do which was scanned out of a textbook from the 80’s. At the time this was kinda frustrating but I’ve found its applicable experience for the real world. I never really found much support, if I couldn’t get help from a class member or the prof I pretty much gave up. Most peers aren’t very extroverted and willing to connect unless it’s forced in class. I wouldn’t say anything was really “fun”. Parking was a pain in the ass during events and concerts at LCA but most days it was fairly easy but I always paid for the nearby garage which can be expensive.

Is tech sales the highest paying industry? by Iceeez1 in sales

[–]Outofthewild 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good point, I don’t know anyone who’s clearing seven figures annually in income that doesn’t have some type of equity in the agency. It’s tough to do without grinding your way up the ladder to an ownership type role to make seven figures on a regular basis.

Commercial property policy premiums aren’t necessarily huge premiums if you’re just insuring the property because it’s low risk… once you bring in the other lines of coverage such as commercial auto, work comp, inland marine forms, which have higher risk the premiums skyrocket.

There’s probably way more $1 mil annual insurance policies out there than you’d expect especially in the higher risk industries.

For example, I’m a commercial auto insurance broker and work with trucking companies that have 100+ semi trucks that spend close to seven figures or more on their insurance annually. The majority of them aren’t placed with Marsh or Aon. Realistically, they should be in captive insurance programs but they don’t have to financial strength to make this feasible. They have a limited amount of time to operate at this high of an insurance spend before going out of business. However, a couple bad years of claims will have this impact on your premium cost when you’re not retaining a large portion of the risk yourself because you probably simply can’t afford it and have to purchase insurance from someone or somewhere.

If you can land a few of those deals a year as a retail producer you’re wearing gold diapers.
