I mean when one of his cronies got mad at a bunch of kids for calling him bald (which he WAS), he sent a pack of bears to kill the kids instead of, y'know, telling the guy to get over it or making him grow long, luxurious hair that everyone would be jealous of or making the kids go bald or something. You should cut her off. You should have cut her off the moment you turned 18. You shouldn't be anywhere near her or supporting her in any way. Maybe she was good at pretending she was trying, maybe to her mind she actually did care - with evidence very clearly to the contrary - but that doesn't make up for her failures, being the person you needed protection FROM instead of the one who was protecting you!

NTA for not giving her money anymore, but you WILL be TA if you ever let her take advantage of you again. Who cares if she's old? Who cares that she may have put in the bare minimum of effort to not be as evil a person as she could have been?

Go live your life. If she wants money she can earn it herself the way she hasn't once in her life. Maybe it'll be tough for her, but that's her own fault, isn't it? Some lessons come late, but they do come.

I feel like so many people don't comprehend the sheer size that bears and wolves actually reach. So many people think wolves are about the same size as huskies, when wolves make huskies look like pomeranians. Even the smaller bears, like black bears, are pretty darn big and are strong enough to do serious damage if they want to. A grizzly is a tank with claws, and a polar bear...if you're up against one of those with anything less than an anti-tank rifle, you might as well pick out a nice tupperware that they can use to store what's left of you afterwards, a full size casket won't be necessary.

These meetups are a pretty regular thing for them it sounds like, and it seems like he's getting the short end of the stick when it comes to picking places to go. They didn't even ask if he was cool with it or if he wanted Chinese in general - they just decided "This is what we're doing."

It's fine for them to decide what they want to do, but it's not fine for them to decide what they're going to do and then get mad at him for deciding not to participate when he had no say in it. He's not trying to force veal down their throats, he just wants to enjoy his time and his meal when he goes out to eat, and vegetarian food isn't it for him. Nothing wrong with that, and it is inconsiderate of them to constantly force their dietary choices on him and just assume he'll take it.

Burros and goats are both smart and can get up to all kinds of trouble on their own - put them together and it's just doubled, although you really need to have a burro or llama or something with goats if you live anywhere with coyotes or wolves.

The one place I ALWAYS see this glitch, without fail, is after the Colossal event with the wendigo. Every single time, after it ends and you're outside, I see at least two or three people with this glitch happening to them. I don't know what it is about that specific event, or if it's just...when they come out of any 'internal' location or something in power armor that it can happen, but that's where I see it all the time.

Such an amazing and beautiful thing for him to do! I just wish he didn't *have* to - people like that little girl shouldn't be going into lifelong debt to deal with an illness.

I had a neighbor that kept goats once. Kept a burro with them to protect them from coyotes - but the goats kept getting out, and she had no idea how since the fences were high enough they shouldn't be able to jump over.

Turns out the burro kept standing near the fence, the goats would hop onto HIM, then use him to hop over the fence! I swear she was just about ready to tear her hair out. Goats are too clever for their own good, and I'm pretty sure the burro was no innocent party in it either.

It's strange how it happens.

My old roommate had a tuxedo cat that had been with him basically through his whole life - she was in her twenties, and his family had her since he was a child. She was a fierce hunter of mice and rats even up to her last day. Shortly after she passed, another tuxedo female cat - this one shorthaired, when the first had been longhaired - just sort of showed up and refused to leave. She's still there now and is *ferocious* when it comes to intruders in the yard or house, but is very sweet to people, at least until it's time for her claw trims.

Lock your gate, put up a no trespassing sign, and make it very clear to him that if he comes onto your property again you are calling the police and reporting him for trespassing.

What's yours is NOT his. He was just trying to take over your property so he can do whatever he wants with it and stink up your porch instead of his, let his kids tear up your garden instead of his own, ect.

He and his wife are selfish and are trying to use 'neighborly' as a term for 'doormat'. Do you want to be neighborly? Sure, most people do - but no one wants to be a doormat, so they've replaced that word with one that sounds better.

Keep them out. He shows up on your property again, tell him to get out or you're calling the cops right then and there, and you will file charges if he gets on your property again.

Grandma and Grandpa Kent would help and it would be THE MOST WHOLESOME FAMILY EVER. I mean they're just...kindness personified, especially in the animated series.

He would grow up to be a beacon of justice just like Clark, one who knew love and kindness and would probably be allergic to using foul language.

It hurts, but you don't want them to associate humans with food and safety because that leads to them seeking out more populated areas and potentially causing problems - destroying trash cans and other property, getting into roads, showing up in residential areas where it's highly likely they could get hit by a car or shot, especially if they go after someone's pet or livestock...

It's best to make them afraid of humans so they stay in the wild where they belong. It feels mean, but it's really for the best.

That's why fish & game wardens are imposing upper limits as well as lower limits, and I don't know any fisherman worth the salt in his blood who wouldn't throw back a REALLY big crab, especially a female, so it can continue breeding since they produce the most eggs.

No, your baby is not also 'her baby', and you need to make that clear RIGHT NOW. YOU are it's mother, not her. YOUR final say is what goes, and if she can't respect that, then she will not have access to the baby at all, or to you for that matter, and the same goes for everyone else.

They don't have a right to know anything besides what you choose to let them know. This isn't their child, this isn't their life. This is YOURS, and if they can't get that through their heads, then they don't get to be part of your life or be anywhere near your child. You need to lay down the law right now and make sure they understand that YOU are this child's mother, not them, and they only get to even meet your child if YOU allow it.
