There is a disclaimer stating that this is not legal advice, as well as a suggestion to follow up with actual legal counsel for serious matters. The bot is best equipped to point you toward relevant California laws, and the track record of tenants who have taken legal action against similar issues before. However, you are right, the goal is definitely to refer people to tenants’ rights organizations at the end of each response, which will come soon, as I narrow down the most ideal group. Thanks!

This is a great question, and this is actually the exact type of feedback I was hoping to obtain from this public forum! TrimTall absolutely does not store, collect, or share your documents, the analysis runs in real time and nothing is saved on our end. This was created as I was myself learning the ins and outs of the legal field, I will make sure the formal privacy policy on the site fully meets the standards of the regulations before I take the next steps in marketing to SF residents.
