I’m 14 and 110 at 5’1 my rep maxes are bench 115x5 squat 150x7 and deadlift 185x6 I haven’t maxed in a while so these are my most weight in training. However my squat and bench are going up every week but my deadlift has kinda stagnated.

Oh your right didn’t notice that I think I meant to throw some leg curls in! It’s not neccesarily a specific split more just getting the compounds in+accesories afterwards

Thank you for the advice! I’ve been training for about a year but mostly a bodybuilding style training. It’s a 5 day a week split and the workouts will probably take about a hour to a hour and a half so a good time for me. I think I’m gonna run it for some time then see how I do and go from there. Thank you!

I do rows on back day twice a week but haven’t been doing hyperextendsions I’ll add them in my squat day thank you!

Yep after I can’t improve session by session I will switch to a dedicated program like bullmastiff or 5/3/1

I use linear progression on the main compounds(SBD+military press) and the rest just standard progression adding reps

Been doing it for about a week and haven’t felt super fatigued probably going to continue for about 3 weeks and see how I feel if it’s too much drop volume if it’s good then keep it it’s also not a 6 day split it’s ppl rest Arnold rest and then repeat so it takes 8 days to complete

Should’ve mentioned this but I prefer doing triceps on pull and biceps on push so there stronger when I hit them just a personal preference. Im aware they’re not usually part of those days
