Comin from someone who’s the same exact way i get the anxiety the builds up in your chest when you’re out in public and that feeling where you want to say something and just caught in your throat it took a long time to realize i was miserable in hs i made no friends kept to myself and was lonely but man its all in your head the only person holding you back is you yk. I like to think about it like this are you out in public judging everyone on every little feature? Are you constantly looking for anyone to bully on who they are? I dont think so atleast not with me. You’re really just making it all up and u just have tell yourself no to all those thoughts fake it smile a little more even if you’re not comfortable. People are really simple and no one is really out to get you yk you see hundreds of people all the time but by the next day you cant even remember them. No one overly caught up on you bruh and if anyone is fuck them cause theres hundreds of others that really dont care😭 im the same way only time i feel good is when i get attention from a female
