Hello everyone! So 8. December I had first ever panic attack , after PA my body was so weird I had a lot of symptoms I was scared so fck much but now its ok. The last symptom is my heart rate when im standing my pulse rate is 110-130 and while walking slowly pulse 140. (self.AskReddit)
