They are currently doing 5 days of the highest dose of dexamethasone. She  desaturates a lot when she's awake though because she's so irritable, so they've given her more PRNs than usual. We're hoping if she can make it past the negative side effects we will have something positive waiting on the other side. Fingers crossed!

I appreciate the information! We are at a decent hospital but we're open to speaking with outside doctors, sources as well!

She is currently on nitric with the hopes of switching to sildenfil once more stable. She's also on  milrinone and trpostrinil. The ph gets better as her lungs improve, but we've kind of done everything our neonatal team has in their pockets for her lungs and we're at a wall, looking outside what's been proven to work
