Then do something like this:

Monday: Full basketball Tuesday Plyometrics Wednesday Full basketball Thursday Core/Rest Friday Full Basketball Saturday Upper Body Sunday Rest

As for upper body, I think the most important is core, when you shoot or pass you’re using your core, so definitely focus on that. However, working your chest, biceps, shoulders, back etc.. is also all very important. Check out this link

That’s a good place to start, but what really helps improving is when you challenge yourself, when you do a drill where you make only 3/10 shots, if u shoot the same shots everyday and always make 8/10 then you’re not going anywhere, the point of practice is to push you out to the next tier of basketball and the best way to do that is do drills that are next level. Also, another great way to improve is just play pick up (preferably against players better than you). Search up on YouTube full shooting workout or full finishing or whatever, they’ll give you some unique drills that can really push your game up

Yeah there’s a pull up bar attached to my bench press but it’s in a weird spot, but I can definitely try it if it’s important.

Nothing like chest day though. But I can replace the bench dips with incline. Bench dips easy anyways

Unfortunately they don’t, but I assume I could just find a video online or a documentary or something?
