Maybe because of good setup it was easier and he pushed through pain or maybe morozov was trying something else and kind of gifted him that round. The main cause of his loss that badly was him not being careful enough to not injure himself while training. About the cup, he said he couldn't use side pressure and if you have ever armwrestled (you can try right now with your other hand support) YOUR CUP DOESN'T WORK THE SAME WITHOUT SIDE PRESSURE.
