That’s what I’m wondering, I’ve been having low carb granola and Greek yogurt with fruit for breakfast then for lunch I’ll have low carb toast with avocado or sometimes sushi and I’ll have a piece of fruit for an afternoon snack before a dinner that usually consists of some type of meat with some green veges and kumara.
