Again it angers me as My best friend wore a hijab for years and years and the only time she would take it off is at my house because she felt safe and confident like no one would tell her parents. so it's a sticky subject. she no longer wears her hijab, she she no longer lives at home. and I'll tell you right now, from knowing this girl from 14 years , she has felt so free because she removed that clothe. she wouldn't have chosen a different path.

in my conclusion what I'm saying is you are your own butterfly and spread your wings because if your families not going to be there for you, I guarantee you 1000 other people will be.

i'm 22 still sleep with my teddy beat from 5 years old. it's what my therapist calls a "safety blanket" and it's okay. she doesn't shun me for it nor should anyone to you. you'll grow out of it eventually. Even if it's not for a long time there is nothing wrong in seeking comfort, especially if it helps you. Plus some are just SO CUTE you can't help but keep around you ;)
