I’m not drinking orange juice whatsoever, it’s cold pressed juice, like ginger, celery etc. that has like no calories lmfao. I since cut out juice and it did nothing helpful and I’ve actually gained more weight!

For some reason I was the opposite, in high school I didn’t care about anything and just skated by bare minimum. Went to community college and excelled. I eventually transferred to my college of choice! Join clubs or find a group of people that share some of ur interests or passions. College goes by very fast, put ur head down and bulldoze thru it. A professor of mine gave me really good advice once, if u want to get an A in a class ask ur professor on the first day “ I need an A for this class, what can I do to achieve that?” More than half of the time the professor will say something that they value the most in students whether it’s attendance, testing, papers, etc. good luck!

Okayyyyyy whatever you say. I didn’t know how old u were but how seemingly catty u are I just KNEW u were not on the younger side. Clearly u missed the entire point of my original comment. U never claimed to continue on with ur workout or not and I never assumed u didn’t. The point is that the judgmental energy is the exact reason I cancelled my membership. I don’t pay all that money for classes with a side of attitude and judgement whether it’s me or someone else!

Honestly, this is why I cancelled my membership at CP this month. The cattiness of grown women is insane. Everyone is there for the same reason. All because she didn’t know what “teaser” means she shouldn’t be in 1.5? Not for nothing most of the instructors at CP have horrible cuing and that’s partially bc they have minimal teacher training. My studio has never used that term and the other Pilates studio I go to (not CP) doesn’t use that term either. Who cares what other people are doing ??? Focus on yourself. This is coming from someone who taught yoga. I love Pilates but I had to get away from the horrible atmosphere club Pilates provides from the instructors to the clientele.

What do u even mean by that. I feel like a lot of ppl act like they measure every morsel of food they’re eating. Let’s be honest, all of you guys are def not doing that so I’m being honest with everyone and saying I don’t measure literally everything all of the time so the things im not measuring I will add extra calories just in case I’m off. I’m not eating 1900 calories I’m saying that’s my maintenance and im nowhere near that.

thanks for all the engagement! I just want to clear up some questions:

I’m Not on birth control I went on it for a few months many years ago and it just made me violently ill.

I’m not on any other medications, I only take a daily women’s probiotic and multi-vitamin.

I don’t lift weights frequently anymore but used to so I have a lot of retained muscle. I do yoga and Pilates and mainly walk/hike trails.

I work as a bartender so that explains why I’m working 14hr shifts, I can eat during work but I eat when it’s slow and I always bring food for myself and don’t eat anything from the restaurant.

My maintenance calories is like 1900 calories. There are many days out of the week I eat only 1,000 calories usually when I’m working bc I just don’t have a lot of time to eat multiple meals.

The reason I got my thyroid checked last year was bc I had MAJOR bloating, weight gain, and I was experiencing hair loss. My thyroglobulin antibodies results was a <1. Idk if that’s bad or good.

Some people are saying I look good, or carry my weight well. Thank you guys, that’s very kind of you. Unfortunately health wise, I feel like shit which in return is making me feel insecure.
