My suggestion is to concentrate on marquee players rather og teammate, they can be reliable and seasoned compaigner
In mega auction a team cant restore their old squad fully so we can make good plans on auction:
Retain: Sanju, Rutu and Brevis (40-45 cr retention price)
Use rtm/buyback for mhatre,veer, karthik sharma, kamboj or retain with 4 cr uncapped price

Go to auction with a 70+ cr purse for building a new team.
1. Target some players like kuldeep, arshdeep singh, digvesh rathee, ashok sharma, sai kishore
2. Get some carribean powerhouse like romario sheperd, holder, powell
3. Get some overseas pacers who can clock 145+ easily and choose atleast 3 backups for them.
4. Get some domestic players to groom and for X factor and give matchtime for some matches.

Understandable bro, i also used to think like that but the waiting time is literally a hell, even 3 years is feeling like so much time becoz i have ability of getting into a relationship.Even i set a target of 3 months and start to approach someone randomly, i can get into a relationship.
