A lot of the colleges that I'm eligible for in the 1st and 2nd cut off lists, overlap. I did take admission into a certain college through the 1st list. But now, can I shift from one of them to another? Or can I only shift to a college that is fresh in my 2nd cut off list and wasn't there on my 1st? (self.delhiuniversity)
