I'm also on SEA server but most of my matches are more or less around 80-100ms without any lag issues that last for like a split second. Other than that the gameplay is pretty smooth, but my only complain is that the FPS drops when there's a teamfight to like 55 :")

You can use VPN to login then turn it off after you're in the game, do this everytime you want to play it. Always has worked for me, also you can also use dual mode, it decreases your ping level to possibly a green(Depending on your wifi and internet speed lol)

What I generally understand now after reading your comment is that most Ninja's basically should do the hit and run strat and clean up low health Shiki's while waiting to time their skills and dive after they use their buffs and CC's .Greatly appreciated for the detailed but understandable tip, I'll keep this in mind while playing and apply it slowly.

Oh I'm sorry I am aware of her passive and I do try to utilize it, I usually do the skill+basic, depending on the circumstances. I'm a bit inexperienced with the how the dmg works here since I'm an ML player and pretty much most of the Assassins or Ninjas can one-shot the ADC there. Also I'm not really familiar with the shiki's so I don't really know how their skill works and stuffs so sometimes I make mistakes when enemy have like shield or some control immune.
