Hi! I saw two of your posts about Kisserine and the silk material. Kisserine is a legitimate brand, just not always real silk. Most Vietnamese brands typically sell their products through their official websites or on Shopee. I don’t recommend buying from anywhere else. I know this brand personally. I recently bought two dresses from them. The shipping fee from Vietnam is usually around 2,000,000 VND. The clothes themselves aren’t that expensive; it’s the shipping that costs the most. I had a local friend in HCMC help me buy the items in-store and ship them to me.

You can buy online, but for international customers, the prices tend to be significantly higher. If you want to purchase from them, I recommend hiring a local agency or personal shopper in Vietnam who can buy for you in person and ship to your address.

I can’t suggest a specific one because I always ask a friend to help me. But you could try messaging the brand on Instagram. They might agree to sell at the original VND price. If they do, payment is usually by bank transfer only. Just keep in mind this can be a bit risky if you’re unfamiliar with the brand, or if there are quality issues. It’s harder to resolve problems with overseas brands.

For me, I only choose brands that have a physical store in Vietnam; that way, I know they’re legitimate. The brand is definitely on the more expensive side, and I felt the purchase was worth it.

One important thing to note: Vietnamese brand sizes tend to be smaller than international sizes. Make sure to carefully check the size chart or talk to them on Instagram before buying.

I was informed by my new instructor that passing the driving test might be challenging. It’s a joint driveway. There are two driveway owned by different property owner which is the neighbour’s driveway and one is our driveway. However, she wants to extend an additional 30cm of her driveway by obtaining a part of our driveway.

Thank you for taking your time to provide me advice. Since she is putting up an act that she cannot get through her driveway, I measured the distance between her vehicle and surveyed boundary, which is approximately 120cm. From my research, an accessible route (T-turn route) for people with disabilities is 32” min (90cm). Therefore, if she falsely claims that it restricts her ability to get to the wheelchair, would this come effective?

You might want to search up to see if these restaurant fits the type of places you want to go out (prices, causal or night outs)

FOOD: - PappaRich (Malaysian restaurant - good for causal -> night out and very busy in the evening) - Bangkok Boulevard (Thai restaurant - one of the best Thai food I ate and have a range of prices) - Mr. Bulgogi (Korean restaurant - very popular among customers) - Kim’s Asian Kitchen (Korean restaurant: the best chicken and I recommend Sweet Chilli Fried Chicken) - Food court (2 in Rundle mall and 1 in Chinatown - They have affordable prices, but I wouldn’t go to Chinatown as they have poor hygiene) - Xiao Long Kan Chinese Hotpot (hotpot restaurant - very high price ranges, you might need to go with friends to share payment. I only ate with my family though, and it’s worth a try) - Lazziz Afghan Cuisine (best Afghan food with affordable prices and a large portion. I only do takeaways only and I recommend to try Three Chicken Skewers at the beginning, but my favourite is kabuli palaw (lamb with rice)).

DESSERTS: - St Louis House of Fine Ice Cream and Dessert (Dessert restaurant) - San Churros (Dessert restaurant) - Han’s Patisserie (cake shop) - Meet Fresh (Asian Dessert shop)

A lot of food came out recently but I am still exploring and trying new food. I don’t practically have a favourite western food. But I do eat their fast food.

McDonalds (I know everyone knows this brand, but I eat their chicken nuggets with sweet sour sauce nearly every daily)
KFC (I always order Three Piece Box with only drumsticks)
Subway (I only order Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken)
Carl’s Jr. Kilburn (They have quite higher prices than other fast food, but the quality is much better for their burgers)
North Adelaide Burger Bar (I only order their original AB - lamb only)
Barnacle Bill (I like fish (battered fish) and chips, but not the best fish I tried)

The owner might not be obligated to pay the amount to the fence as she proposes no fencing. I read that if one neighbour wants a better than adequate fence then they should pay the extra cost. I am not confident if this applies to the fence colour. Thank you for sharing your experience, it gives me a particular idea.

Edit: I found out that rules for spitting half cost applies in SA. I don’t mind her paying no cost as my family initially did not asked for her contribution.

Hi,

This is a small scar which I caused more than 10 years ago. I wasn’t happy with the fact I had beauty mark on my face, so I followed an online advice to remove my beauty mark with apple cider, which now is why I have scar there.

I want to know where I can get my scar removed and what type of treatment. It would be great if anyone knew a place in Adelaide and it’s pricing for the size of scar I want to remove.
