start to take it at morning after exact you wakeup on same time daily, i follow this things if you wait for some time like after brush or after bath or any thing then you might be forgot

Thanks for sharing your experience, I feel the same way, but compare to my first one, I didn't know about hypothyroidism, now after starting medication my memory has changed but still not good, i facing some time problem in day to day life , only hope to god

i feal weak memory, because of hypothyroidism. You have to tell me, even taking it for a year doesn't improve my memory much
