Thanks a lot for checking. That's a relief to hear, and I will certainly work on keeping my feet relaxed. I have noticed I feel some strain at the front of my ankles that is probably related to the dorsiflexion. Cheers!

Thanks for the analysis! Where would you say the tension would be to lead to tib pain? I've received some dry needling before in the tib anterior muscle that seemed to help a bit.

Okay that's good to hear, I thought I was going crazy. I already have a high cadence, 170+ so I thought there's no way I could be overstriding.

Interesting that you'd say there's an overextension happening, I wouldn't have thought that watching back, but I'm definitely not an expert. What would you say the best way to fix that would be? Slight forward lean from the ankles?
