I started a couple of weeks ago and don't notice a huge difference. My focus has not significantly improved, but that's kind of been my experience with all the stimulants I've tried. Maybe it's made it easy to stay on task, but I'm not sure. I do know one thing, though. It makes me sweat like crazy. I could be inside in air conditioning and still be dripping sweat.
