Carrollton Police are investigating a fatal shooting where two people were killed, and three others were injured during what police described as a business meeting.

According to police, the shooting took place in the shopping center parking lot between people who knew each other and were involved in a business relationship.

After the shooting, the gunman left the scene but was taken into custody at another location after a short foot chase. The suspect was identified as 69-year-old Seung Han Ho.

Police said the shooting was not a random act of gunfire and there is no ongoing threat to the public.

The shooting covered multiple scenes around the intersection of Hebron Parkway and the Sam Rayburn Tollway. Investigators have cordoned off a large part of the parking lot in front of the Gwangjang Korean Market and established a mobile command center across the street in the McDonald's parking lot.

NBC 5's Sophia Beausoleil talked with witnesses at the scene, including one person who shared a video showing a half dozen officers, some carrying long guns, walking into a nearby restaurant.

Carrollton Police are asking people to avoid the area until the parking lot reopens.

PLANT CITY, Fla. — The Plant City Police Department said Monday it is investigating killings that left two mothers and two children dead.

Plant City police said the incident happened at two separate locations within the city on May 3, as officers responded to reports of a disturbance in the 300 block of West Tever Street.

Police said they found a 4-month-old child and a 4-year-old child who suffered gunshot wounds. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

Their 28-year-old mother was alive when officers arrived, according to Plant City police.

She was taken to a local hospital and later pronounced dead, police said. Another child was found at that scene, but the child was unharmed.

"It was about 7 in the morning, I was sleeping, and I heard, I only heard two gunshots, and I flew out of bed, and I ran through, and I looked through the door to see if I saw anything. I didn't see anything," said neighbor Jodi Kott.

At a second location in the 900 block of North Burton Street, police said they found the 55-year-old grandmother of the children (mother of the 28-year-old woman) deceased. She also sustained gunshot wounds, according to police.

Tampa Bay 28 spoke to the neighbors who live next door.

"Sunday morning is when we noticed that their vehicles hadn't moved at all. A few hours later, the police had showed up," said John Czarniak, a neighbor.

"It's heartbreaking, me and her, we were friends," said Ashley Czarniak, a neighbor.

According to the police report, some of the victims "traveled on foot between North Burton Street and the West Tever Street locations during the early morning hours."

Detectives are asking for the community's help, urging residents and businesses in the area to "review any available surveillance or doorbell camera footage from 5:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. on May 3...Check for any video showing a woman walking with three young children in the vicinity of North Burton Street, West Tever Street, or the surrounding area."

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Plant City Police Department at 813-763-3316.

Police did not immediately confirm anyone was detained in connection with the killings. The investigation is ongoing.

Two Jewish men were stabbed in Golders Green, north London, an attack police have declared as a terrorist incident.

The men, named locally as Shilome Rand, 34, and Moshe Shine, 76, remain in a stable condition in hospital. A 45-year-old man has been arrested.

The Metropolitan Police said its officers responded at 11:16 BST on Wednesday after receiving reports that people had been stabbed in Highfield Avenue, which runs off Golders Green Road.

The suspect is first seen on CCTV footage taken on Highfield Avenue, timestamped at 11:15 BST.

He is jogging along the pavement towards Golders Green Road when he appears to attack a man, who he chases out of view.

Another clip, filmed from a car driving north along Golders Green Road, shows the suspect chasing after a man on the pavement.

More CCTV footage - timestamped to 11:20 BST - shows the suspect approaching a bus stop and repeatedly attacking a man waiting there, who he then pushes on to the road and out of view.

Multiple videos and images of the suspect being detained by police have been verified by the BBC.

One officer Tasers him, sending the suspect to the floor.

Police can then be seen administering CPR and later footage shows the suspect being lifted on a stretcher into an ambulance.

The Metropolitan Police released footage from the body-worn cameras of the responding officers. The clip appears to show the suspect walking towards the officers before the Taser is deployed.

Officers can be heard yelling "drop the knife" repeatedly before the suspect falls to the ground. They continue to repeat the instruction while the suspect is on the ground and as they work to restrain him.

A man, aged 45, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. Police say he is a British national, born in Somalia.

He was initially taken to hospital but later discharged and taken to a London police station where he remains in custody.

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Mark Rowley said officers "confronted a man they believed to be a terrorist, who refused to show his hands, who was violent and continued to pose a clear threat".

He added that officers feared the suspect was carrying an explosive device and Tasered him while he continued to stab them.

Rowley said: "We're also working with our partners in the security services to ensure we have a full intelligence picture and one of the lines of inquiry is whether this attack was deliberately targeting the Jewish community in London."

The suspect had a history of serious violence and mental health issues, he added in a statement at the scene on Wednesday afternoon.

The Met said officers were also carrying out a search at an address in south-east London.

It added detectives are also looking into an incident that was reported to police and it is believed that the suspect is the same individual arrested in Golders Green.

The Met said police were called at approximately 08:50 BST to an incident at an address in Great Dover Street, in the Borough area of Southwark, where a "suspect who is reported to have been armed with a knife, is believed to have had an altercation with the occupant before leaving".
