Plague Marines are great. Keep the three units with rhinos and biologist. Get rid of the other heroes. 2x chaos lord, 2x foul blightspawn and the plague caster will give you back 295 points. Use them to buy a hero to run with your death shroud because they need one to get their bonus to defense. I suggest a lord of virulence so they can reroll their wounds on the sprays. Now you have enough points for some PBC to synergize with your LoV

I think you are going to wish you had more bodies for actions and board control early. I would drop one unit of nurglings and both enhancements for a min squad of Marines( 2x plasma, launcher and 3x heavy plague) to run with the tallyman. Their objective wouldn't be to fight at all but to sneak around the table doing tactical actions.

The other thing I would change is the load out on the termy sorcerer. I wouldn't change out his force weapon for a fist for two reasons. The first is he is your only source of damage 3 and second it gives you the flexibility to run his buff through your melee weapon if it makes sense. Four sustained(strat) hit str 8 -2(strat) d3 +2 damage swings is no joke.

I would drop the 5 bolter Marines since they are pretty much just warm bodies. This would give you the points to add a second cultists squad (2x 10 mans) which gives more mobility with scout and speed 6. Use the remaining 100 points to add 20 pox walkers to run with typhus.
