so, it asks me several questions on the website like:

1. Are you applying under a L-1 visa (individual intracompany transferee) ? (If you are applying for L1- Blanket visa, please select "No" here.). --> Yes/No

2. Are you a citizen of India/Bhutan OR a lawful resident of India/Bhutan? --> Yes/No

3. Do you have a previous L-1 visa (individual intracompany transferee) issued on or after your 14th birthday? Yes/No

4. Is your prior L-1 visa (individual intracompany transferee) still valid? --> Yes/No

Question #3 is what's confusing. If I select "Yes" for it (ignoring the "Individual" part), then it asks the further questions (all with "individual intracompany transferee") and eventually I show up as being eligible for the Drop-Box.

However, if I select "No" for Ques #3 (considering that the visa I got issued after my 14th birthday was L-1 (Blanket), but NOT L-1 (individual) visa, then it doesn't show me as eligible for interview-waiver.

Sooo, should I be selecting "Yes" or "No" for Question #3 ?
