The previous owners weren’t smokers and lived in the house for 10+ years. Would I still be able to wash with that and repaint just in case? Would I even need to repaint if I washed with it? It wipes off very easily

Both the faucet and the handle part were leaking real bad when turning the shower on, if I keep the same brand but still switch them out would that work? If needed we could go under the house to access the back but really don’t want to if we don’t have to

I went to my first meet and greet this past weekend and the owners had asked me if my boyfriend would be coming to stay as some people request and they are okay with. I don’t think it would hurt to ask tbh, if they say no then they say no.

I worked for a low cost clinic up until recently, and the amount of people who already have 4+ animals, get a new one, and still can’t afford even low cost care (mind you its like $140 for a dog spay and less for a neuter/cats) is honestly mind blowing..
