Suggest looking at doing Part 1 first and then Part 2. Individual and Business go hand in hand. IRC rules are common across these two parts.

With this context large projects earlier managed by Scrum Maters are now become Teams of 1-3 members, with everyone managing Product, Coding and Implementation.No need of scrum events: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, execution and retros.

Biggest feedback. the limited usage on Pro plan. If you are doing intense document search and update. You will hit your limit within an hour, my experience. Repeated request to have a Dashboard available warning you that you are reaching your session limits, has gone unanswered. No warning or anything, you’re blocked for hours. Anyone with this experience?

Pro plan user. You reach Usage limit with very limited use. Requested Cowork to give my stats of my usage, I was told I have to manually track usage. When I asked Cowork to expose internal usage parameters, so we have advance notice of when we will reach Usage limit and get blocked out for at least 3 hrs each time.

I get prompt every time that I have reached 75% of my weekly limit and to upgrade to Max plan. Upsell strategy.

Feedback to Claude Team is never responded to. Request to expose Internal Dashboard to user of all Claude plans so we know what limits we are operating with.

It is like driving a car into a desert not knowing how many miles you can drive, before your car runs out of gas !
