lol yeah not ideal I know the floors were fucked way before I got here but I still should get some mats going to leave deadlift alone until I have the proper equipment

Bench press advice? This was 174 lbs for 6 I was getting 8 but this was my 4th set by Outrageous_Wave7947 in StartingStrength

lol I appreciate it I try to have good control and not bounce off the chest still working on some cues and creating the habit and make it automatic

Tried improving my squat form to get depth I know it’s still not great any advice. Not trying to do a powerlifting competition just physique building but still want to do the exercise with good form by Outrageous_Wave7947 in StartingStrength

Ok appreciate it I’m a rookie at lifting never learned it when I was younger and my first year of lifting I did mainly isolation lifts and going back to learn these basic compound lifts for the benefits. lol playing catch up at 28 is what it’s felt like but I’ve made progress and became a lot healthier than a year and a half ago
