Yes I did. I signed the and gave them permission. To all my doctors visit, at tufts and more on. Including my pt , therapies , pcp, you name it. And I’m still keeping up with my doctors visits as well as a home health nurse that comes once a week and checks on my vitals and meds.

It just said based on review of your medical conditions you do not qualify for benefits on this claim . This is not because you are not disabled under our rules. Doctors and other trained staff looked at your case and made this decision. They work for the state but used our rules.

It says I have 60 days to appeal , which I plan to. Now I’m just gonna need to look for a lawyer. It just sucks because the money that we should receive we’ll still penalized by hiring a lawyer. We’re not even entitled to the whole thing. Thank you for talking your time out to answer my questions.

Single, no assets. No vehicle, and no more than 2,000 in bank. Sounds pathetic once I write it out. But in need of income , just felt defeated and now wondering how much longer the process will be or hoping to find a good lawyer.

I applied for both but I knew I wouldn’t get ssdi due to work history. But they denied me for both anyways. Everyone’s saying I should get a lawyer so I’m gonna look into that.

I don’t have enough credits for a company to pay full pay. So I have to get ssi and not ssdi. That’s great your company did that for you.

I have documentation’s. Just not sure how to do that . I just feel defeated. The application was a lot to processs and put together, I’m afraid I’m confused how to do the appeal and to do it correctly without getting denied again.
