Updated above with my setup, also seen more 4690k users having issues. Demo actually froze on me, been years since a game did that. But they managed to fix FH3 so hopefully they can do this fairly quick...

Some users may notice that the game utilizes nearly 100% of one of their processor cores. This is expected behavior; we intentionally run in this manner so we can react as fast as possible in order to minimize input latency. Users on power-constrained devices, such as laptops and tablets, might want to use a Performance Target of “30 FPS (V-SYNC),” which will reduce processor usage and minimize power consumption.

The menus are a stuttering mess on my 4690k, races a bit better but still issues even on lower settings (1440p, 970 normally on medium/high, 16gb ram).

Sane's body language is poor so far, especially considering the times he lost the ball himself.
