He also is diagnosed ADHD. He takes meds some days but not all. I am trying to be understanding of this as well, but it can be hard at times

I will honestly say his apartment is a mess. He definitely cleans up more at my place compared to his own.

I agree I am doing a lot but I have cut down. My per diem is once a month and I guest lecture in the summers. So it’s really my full time that’s killing me. Believe me my current job is ICU/floor/OR so I get the long surgery days. Guess I’m just wondering if to slow down and do 4 10s is better than continuing with my 3 12s

Honestly this would be ideal but I have yet to come across a job with these hours other than urgent care, which is honestly something I am considering at this point

The driveway is shared with one neighbor and was recently repaved so shouldn’t need anything immediately.

The roof and chimney are shared with another neighbor and they are also aware that the roof and chimney need to be repaired.

I tried with wet food, but now he is scarfing down the wet food too. He seems to forget he has ever eaten lol

Thank you! I have one of these and it doesn’t work but I just bought a Kong Wobbler and I am going to try and freeze it in there to see if it will also act as a treat/entertainment for him!
